2. Products and Handmade/Custom Items

Woxy offers original and custom-made woodwork, artwork, home décor, and paintings.

Because many of our products are handmade, handcrafted, or individually created, variations in color, texture, grain, finish, dimensions, and appearance may occur. These variations are natural characteristics of handmade and artistic products and should not necessarily be considered defects.

For custom or personalized products, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, names, wording, images, designs, or other information requested by Woxy. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Product Descriptions and Images

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, colors, photographs, and other information displayed on the website are accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is an apparent pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, insufficient product availability, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

5. Custom Orders

Custom products are made according to specifications supplied by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, they may be ineligible for return or cancellation except where required by applicable law or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Before production begins, customers should carefully review all submitted information, including spelling, measurements, colors, designs, and personalization.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Woxy will provide available shipping information at the time of purchase or through the applicable Shipping Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to meet stated processing and shipping estimates. However, delivery dates may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply issues, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a specific shipping or delivery time is advertised, Woxy will maintain a reasonable basis for that representation. U.S. federal rules governing internet orders generally require sellers to have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times and, when no shipping time is stated, a reasonable basis to believe the merchandise can be shipped within 30 days.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Purchasing a physical artwork or other product from Woxy does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying artwork, design, photograph, or creative work.

9. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit photographs, artwork, text, logos, names, designs, or other materials to Woxy for purposes of creating a custom product, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials and authorize Woxy to use them for fulfilling your order.

You agree not to submit material that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
